    Urinary Tract Infection Home Remedies

    Urinary tract infection happens to be encroachment of bacteria into ones urethra, kidney, bladder as well as ureters.     • Baking soda also helps. Make a mixture of about 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda in about 8 ounces of glass water. The baking soda present in the system raises the acid base of one’s acidic urine.
    • Urinary tract infection can also be treated with the help of aroma therapy. One can prepare an essential oil with the help of equal amount of sandalwood, tea tree, bergamot, frankincense as well as juniper. Mix these items to prepare oil, which one can rub over the bladder area. Continue the massage for about 3 to 4 days.
    • Cranberry juice does not allow the bacteria to cling onto the cell that lines one’s urinary tract. If one finds taking cranberry juice directly, then one can mix it with apple juice.
    • It is also good to take at least 2 capsules of Echninacea as Oregon grape root. or perhaps goldenseal 3 times in day to treat the infection.
    • One can take 1/2 teaspoonful of tincture each hour. One can also take a mixture of pipissewa, echnicea, buchu, as well as uvar ursi tincture. Take about 20 drops of this mixture each hour for two days and then about 1 teaspoonful about four times in a day. One can have soothing tea like for example marshmallow root to get rid of the pungent antiseptic taste of urva ursi.

    • Carrot seeds are also are also very useful in treating urinary infection.
    • Take a bowl consisting of water and place some lotus petals and pink rose and then boil it. Strain it after it cools down. Have an ounce of it thrice in a day.
    • The decoction of chameli plant is also very beneficial. Take a bowl of plain water. Put chameli plant in it and let it cool. Have it once in a day.
    • One must drink plenty of water.

    Urinary tract infection must be treated as soon as possible as it can lead to other health complications. One can try out home remedies.

    Causes of urinary tract infection
    Below are some of the top urinary tract infection causes:

    • Sexual intercourse also causes it. The bacteria present in one’s vaginal tract is pushed into the urethra, which does pose a problem.
    • Bacteria present in urethra is also another cause. It occurs when bacteria present in the digestive tract remains in the opening potion of the urethra, thus causing a problem.
    • Having many sexual partners is also another factor. Waiting too long to urinate can also result in this health condition.
    • The delaying of urination also causes this problem. By holding back urination, the bladder weakens and does not get rid of all the urine, thus resulting in urinary infection.

    Symptoms of urinary tract infection
    Some of the primary urinary tract infection symptoms are:

    • UTI patients have the constant urge to urinate.
    • Vomiting, fever and other kinds of pains. One experiences nausea as well.
    • There are traces of blood and burning sensation.
    • Back pain.
    • Chills
