Another natural boil treatment is tomato. Cut a tomato into two halves. Slightly warm these slices and put them over the boils in underarms. Leave it on for the night or for a few hours. This solution is said to cure the boils faster. You can also apply the tomato paste on the boils and leave it on for some time.

3. Garlic

Garlic is also helpful in treating underarms boils naturally. Crush some fresh garlic and take out the juice. Apply this garlic juice over the boils. Leave it on for some time and then wash it off.
